SHARQ and SPDC have led to establish Higher Institute for Plastics Fabrication (HIPF) which is a vocational training school with a two-year course specializing in theory and hands-on training of plastics fabrication for high school graduates.

HIPF was launched in September 2007 with a capacity of 300 trainees per year. Total more than 2,300 trainees graduated from HIPF by December 2021.

SPDC has sent more than 20 Japanese Experts since the beginning until now to improve the quality of vocational training.
